CZ75 crash the game only on the BO1 strat tester

I am having an issue where when I have the strat tester loaded, pulling out CZ's will crash my game. I know this used to be an issue with plutonium, but my normal game works fine, it only crashes with the mod loaded. I can't seem to find anyone else with this issue so if someone has a solution that would be great.
