Start the server by hand instead the batch file and read the actual error.

Your folder setup looks very wrong. Why is there some launcher? Why is there a t6r folder? Why is there a zone folder out of nowhere? I have no idea what you did and why you did this non sense mixing of files but everything on your screenshot is wrong
