crash problem

i can sit on menu but when i join a server i insta crash and get this

tried:
turned anti virus off
closed every application
verifying files
reinstalling
reinstalling plutonium
deleting all files and reinstalling

private games work fine. Can join server and move around for a little if i sit in private game for a bit
