Will I get banned for creating shortcuts for each game launching through plutonium? And if not, how do I do it?

Hey friends,
I'd like to create shortcuts for each game because I don't like using a launcher. Will I get banned for this?
Also how do I create those shortcuts? For example Black Ops 2. I'd like to play that game through plutonium but without having to open plutonium, rather a direct shortcut.
