can't download vibecheck.exe

when i boot up plutonium it doesnt fully boot and gives me this error

Y'all need to change the settings for your AV and exclude the file.

Hello for everyone that has this same problem look which data u need to check what ist wrong if u dont have all data installed go check google how to instal that data again and it should work then
