ddl/profile_hardware.ddl error and cant fix it

Ok so before any plutonium staff comment on the post going "Ummm ACKUtALLy you need to reinstall te game to fix da files" i have reinstalled the game i just bought it on another account like 1 hour ago I'm also trying to host a server with an egg I found via one of the forum posts here on plutonium:

i keep getting the error "ddl/profile_hardware.ddl" and I've reinstalled the server like 1-4 times by now and nothing is working I've also done a ton of digging and have found nothing regarding it other then one forum post where the dude just verified his game files and it fixed it for him which isn't the case for me can anyone besides the plutonium staff with their preset responses actually give me any insight on how i can fix this and get my server up and running it would be much appreciated.
just incase the link above isnt an actual egg to create a server can someone give me a guide on how to create a server on pterodactyl ive searched youtube inside and out and only found minecraft server guides and videos from a now defunked server host called sorex.pw which i cant use anymore and the owner seems more intent on doing other things then trying to revive his service
sorry if it seems like im coming off hostile ive been doing this for 3 days and its starting to get on my nerves that there isnt anyone who has created a better guide and where to find files to fix this anyways lmk would be grateful.

You're most likely not gonna get an answer. The error means your game files have missing/broken files are corrupted. Not gonna tell you what to do otherwise you'll get mad lol

Resxt im not gonna get mad if you answer with something genuinely helpful lmao i just hate the people who give smartss responses thinking their funny or have no knowledge about hosting a server in the first place but decide to comment because they think their the sht if you have any useful info im more then willing to listen and see what you gotta say.

Sadly I wouldn't know what to do in your case other than making sure you install both MP & ZM in english, from Steam and repair both aka getting clean files. And also try to not use anything special to see how it goes (so run of Windows for example)

Resxt well I'm running it off of a pterodactyl server panel which i don't own but a friend is running because he has other game servers and stuff but i don't know honestly.

Running T6 in Docker/Dinosaur panel is possible. Make sure you set it up correctly. I don't host servers so I can't help.
