where did you install the Plutonium launcher? was it on the Game folder? like this?
as you can see the plutonium it's inside the game folder. -

Stop following what vekays says. Re run piry, then launch pluto. This error means you haven't selected your correct bo2 folder. Click the settings icon and navigate to your bo2 folder, then select it
