Heh no worries. Saw PU.exe in the error, that's wayyyy too old

Stop following what vekays says. Re run piry, then launch pluto. This error means you haven't selected your correct bo2 folder. Click the settings icon and navigate to your bo2 folder, then select it

i dont even have a bo2 folder what tf
as you can see the plutonium it's inside the game folder.
