I Hate "Lost Reliable Command"

Server Crashes Saying "Server Disconnected -lost Reliable Commands" It happened two times, First at round 40 on die rise, second time at round 45 (die rise again) i'm trying to do round 100 but Is impossible in that way, i can play 1 hours and a half more or less and then crashes.
don't tell me that it's my network, i did 100+ round in every bo3 map and i have a 2.5 Gigabit Stabile 5Ghz connection.
