Multiplayer display problem

Everytime i try to open multiplayer it just opens for a split second then i can hear the music in the background and it wont let me open it no matter what i do ive tried reinstalling pluto and resetting pc is there any fix to it? it just wont come on my screen and it works w zombies js not multi
