I have a problem - i get ban for nothing

I launched the game to play with a friend. I joined a party so that my friend would join me and from there I was banned from my account. I told myself that it was a mistake and that I was going to create another account to continue playing with my friend and it tells me that I am banned for double the time that the other account can you help me ?
I looked for why I could get banned and I think I found I had left files from my work (I work in cyber security) on and it is perhaps these files which caused this misunderstanding

If you try to bypass your ban, you will only further your ban. Whatever you did triggered the anticheat system. https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/
