Reason for the water mark

Re: Disable "Plutonium T6" watermark? (for theater mode)
Looking into how to disable the watermark for this as it's just annoying to have on screen for the entirety of my play though. I know that I am playing using plutonium. I don't need a reminder while I am playing the game. Why have it in the way all the time? It upsets me when game devs have so many things be apart of the hud. It's one of my main reasons for disliking the new COD zombies game modes. I come back to BO1/2 to enjoy a simple hud and focus on the guns and gameplay. Having it I'm sure that a note that says powered by Plutonium could exist on the title and loading screen. That would get across that people put time and effort into a project and that you are using that project. Without it also being in the way. So I ask in complete ignorance. Why is it there?

dstaffen Its to prevent the skids from pretending they aren't playing on Plutonium. The Plutonium branding represents all the hard work of thousands of hours the Plutonium developers have invested into the clients.
-
dstaffen Entitled much? The client is provided to the community for free, and they've made Classic CoD safe by patching exploits, improving performance, and adding dedicated server support. Yet, the watermark brand bothers you when it actually shows appreciation for the Devs hard work...

You barely see it unless you look at it on purpose to find a reason to complain.
Fortnite does something similar by showing your UID top left and you never hear anyone complain, because again, you never see it unless you look at it and try to find something bad to say about it -
Resxt just make an option to pay for its removal lol
-
If possible yeah, payment is fine, but the watermark will burn into the oled im running it on faster than any other ui element.
-
If that is an issue for your oled how much must the windows logo be burned in then?
Same goes for all other hud elements, like the lines around the ammo counter, minimap, score, killstreaks. -
just out of curiosity does this use a hud element?

DJseanyB You take this a little bit and of that and boom you get a watermark, you are not going to do social reverse engineering on us, sorry!
