I cannot login to the game

When I try to login to the game it says "an issue occurred when logging in: account not found" how do I fix this? I know for a fact that my info is correct and I have been trying since May.

Bump Same I am using Lutris on linux manjaro and cannot seem to login even after activating my account and changing my password quite a few times.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
