Do you have goxlr/multiple mics/vr headsets plugged in? Try unplugging them all, and also disable/uninstall any audio softwares you might have (voicemeeter, voicemod, etc). It's also been known to be caused by nvidia broadcast, avermedia, elgato and similar apps.

HannesC shiezen ligmanotz 1XV5 Has anyone found a workaround other than uninstalling voicemeeter? I use it quite a lot and would rather not have to get rid of it. Thanks!

What do I do to access it?

I don't have voice meter and I am still experiencing this same issue as the original poster. My mouse movements are not registering but my left and right click work. Are there any other known issues to cause this other than Voice Meter? And how can I fix it

Whenever I try to play Black Ops 2 Multiplayer or Zombies, my mouse cursor movements aren't doing anything. I can't select anything on any of the menus or look around in game. Left/right click and scroll wheel all seem to register in game. The only time I'm able to see my mouse pointer is when the server browser is up.

                    What I have tried:

                    • going into my controls and trying to bind my mouse movements to the look up/down/left/right controls
                    • Redownload plutonium.exe
                    • repair my game
                    • completely redownload the torrent
                    • running plutonium.exe as administrator
                    • Using a different mouse

I was able to play with no issues for a month or so. This issue came around 2 days ago. Here is a video of the issue I am having

I originally had this problem and it turns out that voicemeeter was the cause of this. I use voicemeeter for my ps5 audio so instead of uninstalling it completely I found that disabling every voicemeeter playback and recording device except for "voicemeeter input" and "voicemeeter out B1" (which are the devices I use when I use voicemeeter for ps5 audio) it has gotten the game to function normally again. The game was also routing my audio into the wrong output which is why I had no audio when this bug starting occuring for me

zzeenon this worked for me! my bo2 multi had no mouse input expect for scroll wheel and L and R clicks. I disabled every voicemeeter playback and recording devices except for Voicemeeter AUX Input (for Playback) and Voicemeeter Out B2 (for Recording). this fixed the problem.

I uninstalled Voicemeeter, uninstalled and reinstalled BO2, and disconnected my Vive. Still no luck. Any other fixes?

I had this problem while running voicemeeter potato, virtual cable, and using a focusrite AIO. i seem to have fixed it by disabling all of the unused inputs and outputs on voicemeeter. hope this helps!

To resolve the issue, I unplugged my headset from the USB-C port on my PC, launched the game, and then reconnected the headset.
