None of my Mouse Movements are Registering

shiezen What did you do to fix that? What do i do with "Cable-C Output" and "Cable-D Output"?

Whenever I try to play Black Ops 2 Multiplayer or Zombies, my mouse cursor movements aren't doing anything. I can't select anything on any of the menus or look around in game. Left/right click and scroll wheel all seem to register in game. The only time I'm able to see my mouse pointer is when the server browser is up.
What I have tried:
- going into my controls and trying to bind my mouse movements to the look up/down/left/right controls
- Redownload plutonium.exe
- repair my game
- completely redownload the torrent
- running plutonium.exe as administrator
- Using a different mouse
I was able to play with no issues for a month or so. This issue came around 2 days ago. Here is a video of the issue I am having

I originally had this problem and it turns out that voicemeeter was the cause of this. I use voicemeeter for my ps5 audio so instead of uninstalling it completely I found that disabling every voicemeeter playback and recording device except for "voicemeeter input" and "voicemeeter out B1" (which are the devices I use when I use voicemeeter for ps5 audio) it has gotten the game to function normally again. The game was also routing my audio into the wrong output which is why I had no audio when this bug starting occuring for me

zzeenon this worked for me! my bo2 multi had no mouse input expect for scroll wheel and L and R clicks. I disabled every voicemeeter playback and recording devices except for Voicemeeter AUX Input (for Playback) and Voicemeeter Out B2 (for Recording). this fixed the problem.
