Can't Launch the game without VPN

Recenetly I have gotten this Issue when I changed ISP.
I can't launch the game or log on to the website unless I am using a VPN, I host custom matches with my friends and using a VPN will change my NAT Type to strict making them unable to join my sessions, and when I join theirs the ping is just unbearable is there a way to fix this.this is the error i get:

I was having something crazy happen, kinda similar, to me today with me and my friends, they spent a minute trying to join eachother for campaign and couldnt, then me and my homie tried to play zombies and itd just boot us outta mp after round 3. wasck as hell son.
