Login issue banned for nothing ! #Help

Hi there. I have trouble to logging in to launcher. Error : You are banned! Why i get banned ? Any reason ? Thanks for Support. I'm really confused. I did not break any rules. I'm really appreciate Thanks for creating this launcher for us. My friends are awaiting for me. Please Help !

yea same here i have Trend Micro Maximum Security, and i received a banned for no reason
