cant get rid of camo packs

I have been trying for days to get rid of these camo packs i downloaded on the bo1 client and every time i delete the game or go through the files the files for the skins do not disappear if anyone could help i would be very thankful

Are you talking about custom camos? They should be in Plutonium\storage\t5\images
