I don't got the game files anymore

I played on BO2 and also MW3 like 2yo and since this moment i surely deleted the files,
Do you guys know how could i download theses files again?Bc of this mistake i made, i can't select the directory that will make my games launch and can't back to the "setup" window on the launcher.
