Lost Progress in easter egg or zombies matchs/ se pierde el progreso en zombies o easter eggs

hola, desde que tengo plutonium, me a ocurrido la perdida de datos en zombies y multiplayer, ej: juego y me paso el ee de tranzit, y al dia siguiente no me aparece como completado ya eh intentado usar el "uploadgamerprofile;updatestats" pero hay veces que funca y otras no asi que mucho no sirve.
Si alguien puede aportar algo que ayuda se los agradeceria. -
