How can I use the plutonium client when I have the original game but not acquired from steam ?

I downloaded the original World At War(in a not so legal way), the full game, but I can't seem to set it up on plutonium client. I was wondering if it's even possible to do that.
I repeat, I have the full game, but I can't play multiplayer in the default launcher, so is it possible for plutonium, heck, zombies too.
As I don't want to have to download even more files when I already have the full game.
