High ping

me and my friend have low ping ( i get usually 8 he gets around 10) but he lives in an arab country. On bo3 we still get good ping like he gets max 50 ping but on these servers whoever isnt hosting gets like 200-300 ping any fix for this?

As I understand it, some players still don’t grasp how ping works and assume that a fast connection always equals low ping. This isn’t the case, as ping is determined by the distance between your PC and the server location. The closer you are to the server, the lower your ping will be. To achieve a lower ping, you need to play on a server located closer to you. If there are no servers near you, you could consider hosting one yourself, as servers are community hosted and are mainly located in North America or Europe

RedxSkull I am completely aware, it works completely fine on bo3 though it wasnt location that was the problem it was the fact we needed to port forward
