Plutonium blocked in Iraq

For some weird reason Plutonium is blocked in iraq (which is where i live)
I have to use a VPN all the time to play and that's not a pleasant experience Considering that 90% of servers have Anti VPN plugins
Not to mention that Iraq's wifi is already bad as it is, using a VPN would make my wifi sufferIs there something i can do ? or i'm just f/cked ?

Semi-ironic. I do believe suggesting you to start a revolt against your country heavy-internet censure would be more difficult than just changing countries. -
