ban for no reason

Hello everyone, I've been banned for 7 days by the anticheat, then 14 days for trying to create a double account, I know you trust the anticheat more than anything else, but I'm a solo zombie player who scores between 10 and 30 rounds, yesterday I did round 16, and then the anticheat banned me from the launcher. Is this normal? Have a nice day.

bitjunkie Seriously, are you joking ? If I was really having fun cheating, why would I have sent this message? If I had really cheated, I would have accepted my penalty and my ban, however, I can guarantee and swear on all that is dear to me that I have never touched a cheat on plutonium, I haven't even tried to cheat, I've never even tried to cheat, I've never tried to install one and I've never even thought about it, I just wanted to play with a friend but it tells me that I'm banned by the anticheat, so I'd at least like people to stop taking the piss out of me and deal with my message. please, i'm banned from my favorite game for something i didn't do. Please, do something, I'm certainly not the first one banned by the anticheat for no reason after a bad game and no weird stuff installed, I can do anything but anything to prove it to you! So please, let me play my favorite game

Another post will only make it worse for you. Also the plutonium team doesn't do ban appeals so you're kinda screwed. No idea how you triggered the anticheat system but I've played for so long and never gotten this issue. So either you're lying or just some other excuse. Who am I to say, after all nothing is perfect. I'm pretty sure the plutonium team will just say "thanks for playing".

WolflexZ I'm not going to give up, if I haven't cheated, I refuse to be banned for cheating. I think you'd react the same way if you were in my shoes.

I wonder if an admin can process this motherfucking ticket and place the last wordwe need yet another topic. The anti-cheat is 100% automated to take out the human element and make it fair. Also you get warned to not try and bypass your penalty in the same message you are getting told that you are banned. -
Xerxes yes, but if I tell you that the anticheat made a mistake, whether I tried to get around it or not, I'm not supposed to be banned and so you also have to assume that the anticheat makes mistakes, you can check everything on my pc, I can do everything to show you that I don't have a cheat and that I've never had one, don't you have logs for each player? Can't you see what triggered the anticheat while I was playing?

Cats1337 bah I was playing bo2 zombie solo, I did a private game, I finished round 16, I disconnected, then I reconnected later but I see that I was banned for 7 days. I was about to play with a friend, so I wanted to make a double account and I also opened this topic at the same time, but the penalty doubled because of the double account.
