I was playing normally when I closed bo2 until it suddenly crashed when I opened plutonium, about 30 minutes after I closed it when I opened the plutonium launcher, I had to log into my account again and it appeared that I was banned for 3 thousand days for having trying to bypass something since I was playing a short time ago and I hadn't downloaded anything, could anyone help me?

That means it wasn't the first time you were banned. You must triggered the anticheat on other accounts and then tried to bypass it with this account. They don't do ban appeals.
