Is there any way to start up Black Ops II with no connection?

on the launcher click the down arrow next to play

FragsAreUs I am not able to launch plutonium without any connection.

FragsAreUs But It requires me to have an active connection, even to open up the Plutonium Launcher. I am trying to do it with out having to have an active connection at anytime.
