Not receiving account confirmation email

Not getting the confirmation email (yes, there is nothing under "Junk" or any other filter category).
Friend of mine received it instantly after signing up. I've tried re-adding my email (under
Edit Profile
->Change Email
) without success.Any suggestions on what to do? Is staff/admin able to force-send some form of confirmation email?

Same here but according to staff you don't need to do some confirmation or verification thing despite what the launcher says?

Verifying your email is not a hard requirement to play but it will protect your name from being claimable a bit longer and is the ONLY way to recovery your account if you loose access.

I see. Kinda inconvenient but I got two factor on if that helps. Did that "Change Email" thing someone mentioned and still no luck.

MightyK1AndOnly I'm aware of this, I've had no issues playing T6 or IW5
Xerxes so how do I get the email if my previous steps have been unsuccessful? I'd rather not have my name claimed or account lost in case something happens
