How do I get the mod menu with the new launcher

All the tutorials are outdated and I can't figure out how to get the mod menu using GSC's. It says error connecting.

Amsung because you can only have a mod menu server side you can't use gsc stuido client side as it won't work and would probably lead to a ban trying to force gsc into the client instead of making your own server and loading them
