Lost connection to Host

Every time someone or myself attempts to join my server they'll see "Awaiting Connection" at the top of the progress bar then they get kicked out and get the error "Lost connection host."
I tried Joinsessioninprogress like 2 or 3 times to no avail, I tried Lan a couple time still failed so many times. Anyone please help, its been 4 hours I'm struggling out here
