Not receiving password reset email

Hello,
I have been trying to log back into my account (ViridityIowa007) but for some reason I am not getting any emails from Plutonium when trying to reset my password. Even when creating this alt account I got no emails to verify the email. Can anyone by any chance please help me?

Which email provider do you use?

Xerxes I use outlook currently on all my devices and for all my emails

So you have an email address ending with
@outlook.xxx
or@hotmail.xxx
? -
Xerxes the hotmail one should end in @hotmail.xxx.xx (which I used for the account I’m trying to recover). The outlook one is correct (which is what I used for this account).
