200-300 fps on bo2 in zombies on solo but i have 160-170 fps online

Why do i have extremely high fps on solo for bo2 zombies but when i play online i get way less than i had on solo

because servers by default is capped at 200 fps and servers can set that fps cap due to how broken bo2 is at high fps
