Crash durante a partida

Por favor me ajudem, meu jogo trava durante a partida no modo zumbi e do nada fecha, mas fica como se o jogo estivesse aberto mas não consigo entrar, só se eu fechar e abir. Já baixei todas os microsoft visuais e mesmo assim não deu certo.
Please help me, my game crashes during the game in zombie mode and suddenly it closes, but it looks like the game is open but I can't enter, only if I close and open it. I've already downloaded all the Microsoft visuals and it still didn't work.
