I disabled vsync to play the single player in BO2, works fine, snappy, no delay or blurring. But when I play either mp or zombies, even though I turn it off in the options and in Nvidea cp its still on, most people wouldn't notice this but its definitely still on.
Anyone know if i'm just losing my mind or if there's a way to actually turn it off? If its not that, I know something is messing with the frame timing.

In single player I have the frame limit set to 120 and have an additional limiter set at 95 in nvidea cp which significantly improves the responsiveness and smoothness of the camera movements. And I can see that the limiter is working in the menu and is locked at 95, but this doesn't work in mp or zombies in Plutonium, it says its at 60 in the menu, and then goes up to 95 in game, but it feels like its running at 60 with vsync on.

Vsync is able to be disabled, try checking game files, I can go above 400 fps max settings 🤷
