DLC not unlocked

Friend is missing Die Rise, only zombies map they don't own. All DLC unlocked is advertised pretty boldly on the website home page, but it seems Plutonium doesn't actually unlock them as that would be considered "piracy." Googling this issue just brings up a bunch of people either asking for links to the DLCs or confirming my fear that the DLC is only actually unlocked using a torrented version of the game.
Kind of a dick move, guys.

Salvatration Plutonium does not provide you game file. Not anymore since the xlab and sm2 incident. Also plutonium is a client, not the game itself.

WolflexZ None of that conflicts with anything I said. The website says "All DLC Unlocked" in the feature list, but that isn't true just using the client.
By the way, I never said it wasn't a client. The only torrent I could find came with the game too. I'm not a squeaker, you don't need to be condescending.

They are, but they need to be owned by you on steam.Or you can have it by other means. But if you choose the last option, you will not get any support at all. -
Salvatration you misunderstand what "unlocked" means... it DOES NOT mean "comes free with the launcher"
unlocked != free... kind of a dick move that you didn't understand that and went on your little rant...
