Plutonium will not launch

Cant get Plutonium to launch, when trying to launch it reads Unable to load import Bink close@4 from module bink32. dll. Anyone ever have this issue or know how to resolve???

Jinn24 Just for terminology sake, it sounds like Plutonium is launching fine, it's the game that appears to not want to load correct? what does the next line of the error say?

Try to start the game once on Steam and see if it fixes it.
If not double check the path you have set-up in the launcher.
