Yes i did the port forward with UDP, right ?

FragsAreUs
I didn't understand, can you explain it better? I'm trying to play with friends, but I'm having the same problem. -
I believe this post is titled incorrectly. Either way, make sure you have port forwarded and make sure firewall isn't blocking plutonium. If you port forwarded, do UDP and TCP to make sure it's open.
-
zxt how do I to send the port?
-
RicardoX072 yea, so it should be the public ipv4 and make sure you are in in game
-
zxt you don't need to port tcp only udp
-
DVN cant help you with that you have to Google your router and how to port forward it
-

I always do both just in case.
-
iam having the same problem, my friends cant join my coop
-
FragsAreUs yeah i'm doing what i always did, so i dont know what's wrong.
my 4977 port its open and i only used UDP
At the port opening i used my ipv4 and i'm giving to my friends my external IP so i think it's all good right ?
-
RicardoX072 yea that should work if not then you have to go on the route of making a dedi server which is not taxing on the system for your friends to join and you would be able to mod the game that way
-
RicardoX072 have you tried specifically "connect localhost:4977"? that's what I use to connect to my own server, and it not only does it work but since it doesn't route the data to your external ip it actually reduces your ping. Dunno that its the same for custom games, but try it if you haven't already

- Either your port is 4976 or 4977
- Make sure you are port forwarding UDP/TCP
- Make sure your Firewall does not block Plutonium (maybe called "Plutonium", "plutonium-launcher", "plutonium-bootstrapper", etc.)
