Emors as Xerxes said the latest update does not work on windows 7 and they dont support windows 7 plz go here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and download the windows 10 media creation tool and you can update and keep all files then follow this guide after words to tidy up the upgrade https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2zlMcYHOA1w
