For that, you would need a series of files that you will paste into the root folders of your computer, this may solve your problem, I had the same problem and I was able to solve it with these files as it says they should be pasted into the folders that each have a name where the files are:
System32
SysWOW64

That literally is the opposite of what you are supposed to do and is how the error gets triggered in the first place. The real fix is to clean up your Windows and use the real installers from Microsoft for the dependencies of the game.
