sprint is not working but steadying for sniper rifle is?

so i just installed plutonium and for some reason on black ops 2 I cant sprint on my controller, but I can steady the aim when using sniper rifles. I messed around with different layouts to see if it was my controller or the game, and I can confirm my L3 does work. I was wondering if there was any code or if someone experienced anything similar to this and knows how to solve it.

Open the console and execute the command bindlist and see through either the expanded console or external console window if BUTTON_LSTICK is bound to +breath_sprint. If it isn’t, that’s the problem, and resetting the controls to default through the options should fix this. If it is, then you have something that has the controller left stick rebound to not use gamepad left stick, due to that something having the controller use for example a keyboard layout. If you have program which can interfere with the controller such as Steam or DS4Windows, either close them or configure them properly.

I play Mouse and Keyboard for Call of Duty Zombies, but the sprinting just cuts out when attempted to sprint thus leaving me just to strafe around. Is there a fix for this? Servers have been giving me "Connection Interrupted" when using the servers. In Black Ops 1 there wasn't any issue except for double reload animations.

i second this totally forgot FPS has a lot to do with ANY COD limited it to 200 and went right back to normal.
