how do i fix cpu maxing out while launching a game / game never loads

is it accessing something it shouldn't? both my web browser and discord start using max cpu as soon as i launch anything off of plutonium, launching thru steam is normal.
rtx 4060
i7 12700
32gb ram -
so i guess this issue comes with plutonium? thats ok ill just play vanilla since plutonium gets no care

no this issue does not come with plutonium... works fine for the other 99% of us.
