im triyng to reset my password on the website and when i provide my email, on inbox mail i cannot see such mail anywhere

Hello, how are you, brother? If you use an email from Hotmail, Outlook or something like that, believe me, you will not receive the code until months later, that happens because Plutonium recognizes it as unwanted emails and many times that type of emails do not detect them valid.
I recommend using Gmail, it is faster when you ask to reset passwords and so on, but you must create a new account with that new Gmail email. I hope it helps you, greetings

teknawiginal_sh In that case bro try to see if the email is well written sometimes by a capital letter or sign or even a number that is missing it does not send you the email and if it is well written look for the SPAM or spam folder because if it is the first time it will reach those two.

In that case just ask for the reset email one more time and wait a day if the mail still doesn't arrive it's because it's probably not placed properly and I would recommend using an easy-to-write email so that the process doesn't delay in such a case, but if you have access to the account go to the settings here in the forum and just exchange the email for a new one and there you would quickly have the validation email which would work totally.

For more accuracy I wanted to put you screenshots but it won't let me so I'll easily tell you so you can change your email and if you don't get anything like the last two options you'll have to create an account or wait a few days for it to arrive.
Now try this. Go to your forum profile, then you will edit profile, then you will change email and once there you put your email with your password, wait for the validation email to arrive or just put a new email to see if you get the validation message. If you arrive, just try to reset your password with the new email and that's it. I hope it helps you
