I have problem on loading screen

Hello guys i have problem on my server that my loading screen is not load but if i join another server it load anyone can help me? and i use pterodactyl to create my server

The client and/or the server does not have DLCs installed and Origins is a DLC map
The game cannot load files that are not installed -
Resxt the map working i can join and play it but it didn't load loading screen

where i can find the loading screen of the map on my bo2 files?

iHarrow this is the first time I'm hearing some say this, if you get this screen you normally simply don't have the DLC installed and can't play it
I have no idea where you could find it, I would simply recommend verifying your files in Steam

Resxt i do verify my game and still my loading screen on my server is not working that's mean the problem is server side to client , and thank you for replied to me and its okay no problem at least the server working perfectly

It can also mean that the server config is not correct.
Not bad enough to crash the client but bad enough to make it not find any fitting loading screen to use. -
Xerxes Finally I have solved my problem , I have missing server files
To people in the future who have the same problem as me and they use same egg as me
You just need Folder named gamesettings copy it then paste it on your t6 folder
here -> Plutonium\storage\t6 and That's it.That also fix town problem that couldn't load ( it Load TranZit Map not Town)
Edit: To find this folder go to your Plutonium\storage\t6 in your main device then copy it
