whenever i have camo mods i get ddl/stats.ddl error

i just want to play zombies with texture mods for the box and my knives and pap but i keep getting this error only when i have the mods in my images folder, if i take them out the game works again
sometimes a fix for this is to re-download a backup of my config/controls for zombies after taking out the files because the problem persists after taking them out until i do that
