The server does not show up

Hello someone can help me with Bo2 server setup? My situation is, I start the server, I get heartbeat succesful but I don't see my server in the list. I opened the ports in nat both through windows firewall and in my modem. Years ago I had already done 3 servers and they worked very well, but I can't anymore idk why. Thanks

This is the command : connect ip:port

NOTE: I have reset the default port to 4976
