Unfair ban pls help

Hello, I am here to report the alleged "tricks" that the anti-cheat has detected.
The ban I have is unfair because I am not even interested in hindering the fun of others on public servers. My situation is the following:
I log in, play normally, log out.
The next day I log in, everything normal. But as soon as I try to log in I get "You have been banned".
There I put an image of what appears to me. I would also like if you can review my case, you could help me with somewhat precise guidance as to why this happened to me.
I do not use any type of trick that is mentioned in some forums. I just go in, play and that's it.
What I can add to my complaint is that I have a really bad PC and I don't know if there is interference with the anti-cheat because of that.
Please I would appreciate at least a little understanding and empathy for my situation because I really want to use plutonium to play this game.
The other 2 times I've been "banned" it was for the same thing for no reason, but I didn't pay much attention to it and was patient for it to be removed. But this time the ban was extreme. I don't know exactly how the anti-cheat works, but I play without having anything additional open for the same reason, my PC is certainly limited to use those foreign programs.
