cambie el idioma del juego al español y ahora no me funciona el modo zombies, ¿alguien me ayuda?

solo me deja jugar modo multijugador y al meterme en zombies desde el menu de plutonium se queda en negro la pantalla de carga ... ayuda por favor, solo remplaze loa archivos del juego para español
