Unable to find my own server

Hello, i have gotten a server up and running and my friends are able to connect to it. However i cannot find it in the list. If running off of the same computer i play on. Any Ideas?

Most of the time it wouldn't show your own server so just press the ~ key to open the console and type "connect localhost:port" If you have a password then type in "connect localhost:port;password (Password)"
