can't launch bo2

but i know why. my steam account is connected to an existing plutonium account. i no longer have access to that plutonium account, as i cant remember the email or password that were used years ago for this at all. because of that, i can't verify my steam ownership on my current plutonium account. anything i can even do here?

outz that is not why.
You don't have to have your steam account connected to your plutonium account to launch your steam files thru plutonium. These are two separate issues.
what error are you getting when you try to launch bo2?

DirkRockface nah it is, when i try to launch it the error that pops up says i have to verify my game (not the files). i do it from the game settings in plutonium and it brings me to a page that says my steam account was linked to another plutonium account and so i can't launch bo2. i have verified my files in steam and reinstalled it before i saw that error just to make sure but that wasn't it.

outz nah, it isn't... steam verification is not required to play.
can you post a screenshot of your error?

ok guess i was wrong on that, but when i verify my files on steam and even reinstall the game it comes up with this error.

Make sure you have BO2 MP installed when you try to launch MP.

idk what happened but i just decided to reinstall plutonium and it worked perfectly this time and i can play lol. thanks all for the help!
