Maps/Game Loading in Mirrored

When I load Black Ops I zombies, the entire menu with the tv is mirrored, all the text for the options are backwards. When I load Black Ops II zombies, the maps are also mirrored. I launched the games normally on steam and this issue didn't happen. I uninstalled plutonium and re-installed it several times and this didn't fix the issue either.
