Cannot open launcher

As several posts already explained, the launcher is stuck on "Searching updates" and gives an error after a while. No antivirus installed, firewall disabled, all windows defender things are disabled, tried different dns, rebooted the computer, reinstalled plutonium, the network is on private profile
And there's no way to fix this. Any recommendations?
